Party buses
Perimeter bench seating, a center aisle you can stand in, sound and lighting wired into the cabin. We run them from roughly 12 passengers up to 40, and we size the cabin to the group rather than to the seat count on paper.

What Do We Need From You?
Almost every bad night we have ever had to fix started with a detail nobody mentioned on the first call — an extra six people, a stop nobody wrote down, a parking garage with a nine-foot ceiling. Give us these five things and we can plan around all of it.

Give us a real headcount, not a guess. Seat counts on a party bus assume people are seated shoulder to shoulder, so we plan a cabin with room to move rather than one that technically fits.

Send every address, including the ones you think are obvious. We drive the route in advance on paper, check turn radius and low bridges, and flag anything a 40-foot vehicle cannot physically do.

Tell us the hard time, if there is one — a ceremony, a kickoff, a boarding call. We build the schedule backward from that and pad it for the traffic pattern on that day of the week.

Ask about loading. At hotels and stadiums we often stage a block away and walk the group, because the front door has a canopy too low for a party bus. We would rather solve that on the phone than in the driveway.

Read the contract before the deposit. Your contract lists the vehicle, the hours, the total, and what happens if the night runs long. Nothing on this site overrides what your contract says.
